concise scope of work (SOW) for the designated site(s) per the project. Scopes
are created in conjunction with the client based upon survey documentation
& prior project closeout information. Preparation of drawings to
provide efficient solutions to construction. Preparation of bill of materials
(BOM) which pairs with the SOW created to the site specific characteristics
such as quantities, parts being installed/swapped, rad centers, size/amount
of breakers required. Also incorporating
any special jobs, materials, or access that is tied to the SOW to assist in ensuring
completion. Capturing & populating the appropriate construction &
material drivers from the SOW to build the quote package to hand off to
project controls. Working with the project manager to modify the SOW, BOM
& create work authorization requests to accommodate any circumstances
which would require additional work
during the life span of the site. Work in conjunction with the project
management & construction management to true up/down the construction
& material associated with the SOW for the site. Development of site
closeout packages to prepare for the client. Including collection &
review of documents/photos from the field crews. Revision of documents needed
to close the site out. Meeting & exceeding the established standards for
the site closeout package requirements. Submitting of site closeout
documents/photos to the client review & acceptance via Filenet.
Knowledge of Filenet database for accessing data, up/downloading of data,
editing of existing data, performing detailed searches. Knowledge of Norad
file systems including access, retrieving of existing OOM’s (order of
magnitude), creating new OOM’s, editing existing OOM’s, retrieving doc/photo
exception reports for review & true up/down of drivers/materials.
Knowledge of Siterra file systems including access, data mining &
